How to Oil Cleanse
Take a small amount of your chosen oil (about a teaspoon) and warm it up between your hands.
Apply the oil to your dry face, gently massaging it in circular motions for about 1-2 minutes. Focus on areas with makeup, impurities, and tension.
Make a steam towel (but not scalding).
Place the steam washcloth over your face for about 30 seconds to a minute. The steam will open up your pores and help the oil dissolve impurities.
Gently wipe away the oil with the washcloth. Repeat this step if necessary.
