Products

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any skincare, wellness, or beauty products once they have been purchased. This policy ensures product integrity, hygiene, and safety for all customers.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will gladly assess the situation and offer a replacement if necessary.

Services

We do not provide refunds for any services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please let us know immediately, and we will do our best to address your concerns. 

E-Gift Cards

All E-Gift Card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards may only be used for Skin Of Light products and services before expiration. Please treat your E-Gift card like cash, as we are unable to replace lost or stolen cards.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a charge of up to 100% of the service fee.
