- Forehead: Begin in the middle of the forehead and roll outwards towards the temples. Use the larger end of the roller for this.
- Cheeks: Start at the nose and roll outwards towards the ears. Do this on both sides of the face.
- Jawline: Begin at the chin and roll upwards along the jawline towards the ears.
- Under-Eyes: Use the smaller end of the roller and gently roll from the inner corner of the eye outwards towards the temple. Be very gentle in this area.
- Neck: Roll downwards from the jawline towards the collarbone to encourage lymphatic drainage.
